 1. Description of Services? 

At Pasteko, we offer unique, handcrafted empanadas made entirely from scratch right here in Texas. We participate in farmers markets, provide catering for all kinds of events, and have storefronts in Houston. Everything we sell is made locally, by hand, using high-quality ingredients and recipes that blend tradition with creativity.

2. How did you get started doing what you do?
Pasteko began from a love for authentic food and the desire to offer something different in the market. We started small, selling at local events, and as people began to recognize the quality and flavor of our empanadas, we grew organically. 

3.What inspires your work?
We’re inspired by our community, our cultural roots, and the joy of creating meaningful moments through food. Every empanada tells a story, and we love knowing that we’re bringing a little piece of that to our customers’ tables. 

4. What is something special or unique about your products?
Our empanadas are fully artisanal — from the dough to the fillings, everything is made in-house. We don’t use processed shortcuts. Plus, we offer unique flavors you won’t easily find anywhere else.

   6.    Do you have any exclusive products, deals or previews planned for the fest?
Yes! We’ll be featuring special flavors and exclusive deals available only at the festival. We’ll also have tastings so everyone can try the best of Pasteko.
